Q1: What exactly is an eBike?

A1: An ebike, or electric bike, is a traditional bicycle that comes with an electric motor to help the rider pedal. Battery & Charging

Q1: How long does it take to recharge the battery?

A1: 6 Hours.

Q2: What to do if the battery cannot be charged?

A2: Please check the battery and record the problems as following:

1. Please use a power meter to detect whether the battery voltage is within the normal value range of 39-54V, if no value is displayed, please take a picture to record the data;

2. Check the color of indicator light on the battery and charger when charging with the charger.

Normal in charging situation, the light is red, after full changed is green. Please take a picture to record the indicator light color;

3. Check whether there is any fault code or insufficient lighting on the bike display after installing on the bike, if so, please take a picture to record the content of the bike display. 

Above all you have finished, please send all the pictures and videos to us by: info@nr-7.com, we will arrange customer service for you within 24 hours. 

If you still can not find out the problem, please provide a video clearly showing that your problems (the video should also show the bike display) and order number, then send us by: info@nr-7.com. We will offer your a satisfied solution by email within 24 hours or nice call during your free time.

Shipping & Delivery

Q1: What shipping methods are available?

A1: FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL Express. Courier is dependent on different delivery address.

Q2: Which cities do you support shipping to?

A2: Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 states in the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Q3: How long will it take to get my package?

A3: It normally takes 15–30 days, depending on the different delivery address.

Q1: Why does the coupon code not work?
